Our client, a leading manufacturing company specializing in pallets, is looking for an individual with a hunter mentality who is looking to continue their career in environmental solutions.ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and develop Territory Sales Managers to achieve sales, profit, and growth objectives.Drive team performance through effective recruiting, training, accountability, and ongoing development.Own regional sales results, including revenue, gross profit, pipeline management, and forecast accuracy.Expand market share by growing existing accounts and securing new municipal, hauler, and waste industry opportunities.Execute relationship-based sales strategies to influence specifications, strengthen customer partnerships, and increase win rates.Collaborate with Operations, Customer Service, and National Account teams to align forecasting, account strategy, and customer execution.Provide market, customer, and pipeline insights to support business planning and long-term growth initiatives.QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience.5+ years of sales leadership experience in B2B, manufacturing, distribution, or related industries.Proven success driving sales growth and leading high-performing teams.Strong customer relationship, negotiation, and presentation skills.Experience with Salesforce, Power BI, or similar CRM/reporting tools.Ability to manage complex sales cycles and strategic customer relationships.Municipal, waste, recycling, or environmental industry experience preferred.Willingness to travel up to 50%.BenefitsHealth insuranceCompany carCompany credit cardCompensation: $165,000 - $175,000 + quarterly bonus
