Join us on this meaningful journey where your skills, compassion and dedication will make a remarkable difference in the lives of those we serve.How you'll contributeA Physical Therapist (PT) who excels in this role:Evaluates and treats patients with physical injuries or disabilities to improve movement, reduce pain, and restore functional independence.Conducts physical therapy assessments and develop treatment plans.Provide direct patient care to restore strength, mobility and functionEducates patients and caregivers on home exercise programsDocuments treatment sessions and patient outcomes accuratelyCollaborates with rehab teams and participates in discharge planningPerforms other duties as assignedWhat we're looking forApplicants should be a graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
