About Our Client

Client is a top national construction general contractor with a construction focus in industrial, health, and retail.

Job Description

Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects from start to finish.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to align project goals.
Oversee procurement of materials and equipment needed for construction.
Manage project schedules and adjust as needed to meet deadlines.
Monitor compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and address concerns.
Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.

A successful Construction Project Manager should have:

Experience managing construction projects from conception to completion.
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate with teams effectively.
Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Problem-solving skills to address challenges during construction.
