Job Description

• Lead and manage multifamily construction projects from pre-construction through project closeout.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely project delivery.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Monitor project performance and address any issues that arise promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and building codes throughout all phases of the project.
• Foster effective communication among team members and stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver progress reports to senior management and clients.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance project efficiency.
