Job Description

• Supervise daily operations on construction sites to ensure projects meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams to streamline workflows.
• Monitor project budgets and timelines, addressing any discrepancies proactively.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and building codes at all times.
• Prepare progress reports for stakeholders and maintain accurate documentation.
• Resolve on-site issues and challenges to keep projects on track.
• Conduct inspections to ensure the quality of work aligns with project specifications.
• Foster a positive and productive working environment for all team members.

• No more than two jobs in 10 years.
