About the Role
The Company is in search of a Junior Chief of Staff to provide essential support to the CEO and contribute to the firm's dynamic, fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be a key partner in tracking and managing the CEO's priorities, commitments, and daily operations. This role requires a systems-minded individual with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar capacity, who is adept at designing processes that foster clarity and momentum. The Junior Chief of Staff will also be responsible for supporting firmwide initiatives, drafting and organizing various communications, preparing for meetings, and assisting with business development. A strong emphasis is placed on being empathetic, service-oriented, and a trusted communicator, with the ability to adapt to different audiences and a commitment to continuous learning and feedback. Applicants for the Junior Chief of Staff position at the company should be comfortable using a range of productivity, project management, and presentation tools, including those with AI-enabled workflows.
