AI and real estate innovator partnering with top property managers to scale growth In your first year, you'll streamline executive communication and planning, empowering leaders to focus on strategic decisions. You'll own Workflow optimization, leveraging tools like Notion, Excel, and PowerPoint to drive efficiency. You'll coordinate cross-functional efforts to expedite project timelines and enhance operational effectiveness. You'll spearhead data synthesis and analysis to bolster decision-making and may support special projects to address unique industry challenges. What we're looking for: 4-8 years of experience in a comparable operational or executive support role, ideally in real estate or tech Proficiency in Notion, Excel, and PowerPoint for project management and data visualization Proven capacity to manage complex, sensitive information with discretion Strong communicator capable of crafting compelling narratives and delivering impactful presentations Experience in real estate and/or AI is a plus, but not required Must be based in the United States.
