What You'll Be Doing Manage the recruiting process from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding. Identify and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and creative sourcing strategies. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver exceptional candidates. Coordinate interviews, maintain candidate pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience. Keep recruiting records organized and up to date. Bring fresh ideas, enthusiasm, and a sense of urgency to the hiring process! What We're Looking For Previous recruiting experience preferred - agency staffing or in-house recruiting experience is a plus! Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills. A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. Comfortable using job boards, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Office. Ability to multitask, prioritize openings, and meet recruiting goals. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and genuine passion for helping people succeed.
