Open roles for Milford, NH:

Assembler - Join our manufacturing team to assemble precision electro-mechanical components and finished products. You'll read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions while using hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment. Perform mechanical adjustments, inspect completed work to ensure quality standards, and maintain accurate production documentation. Cross-train in multiple assembly areas and meet daily production and quality goals.

We're also hiring for: CNC Machine Operators, Tool Builders, and Quality Inspectors.

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and assembly drawings
• Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Experience using hand tools and precision measuring equipment
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and perform repetitive hand movements
