Drill Press Operator Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $ 18.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 02:30pm)
- Set up and operate drill press machines to drill, ream, countersink, and tap materials.
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings.
- Measure and inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools.
- Verify dimensions and maintain quality standards throughout production.
- Adjust machine speeds, feeds, and tooling as needed.
Drill Press Operator Qualifications:
- Must have Drill Press Experience
- Must be able to to overtime
- Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
