North America Sales & Operations Lead

Richful is expanding its North American operations and we are looking for a hands‑on Sales & Operations Lead to help support and scale our regional business platform. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building processes, coordinating cross‑functional operations, and working in a fast‑moving international business environment. The position will work directly with the General Manager North America and will play a key role connecting sales, logistics, customers, inventory, and external operational partners . Key areas of responsibility include: Import and outbound logistics follow‑up Customer communication and operational support Inventory and demand alignment Coordination with external logistics and back‑office partners Reporting, issue resolution, and operational process improvement We are looking for professionals with: 7+ years of experience in sales operations, logistics, supply chain, or customer operations Experience in chemicals, lubricants, additives, or industrial distribution environments preferred Ability to operate in a hands‑on and fast‑paced environment Strong organizational and communication skills Requirements: Must be based in the United States Full legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required Preference for candidates located in Texas or the Houston area This is an opportunity to join a growing international organization and actively participate in the development of its North American platform. #J-18808-Ljbffr Richful Lube Additive
