Clinical Nurse Manager

Orlando, United States | Posted on 04/15/2026 Responsibilities The Clinical Manager will coordinate and oversee all direct care patient services provided by clinical personnel. You will conduct assessment and reassessment of patients, update plan of care, evaluate patients' needs and adhere to LeeKO's policies and procedures. Monitor and coordinate caregivers' assignments. Review referrals for acceptance ensuring patients meet admission criteria. Admit patients and assign appropriate clinicians based on the patient's needs. Effectively encourages high performance of service delivery and by being available to clinicians during business hours. Ensure documentation is in compliance with regulatory agencies and requirements of third‑party payers. Ensure final audits/billing are completed timely and in compliance with Medicaid/Medicare and third‑party payers regulations. Coordinate communication between team members/attending physicians/caregivers to ensure the appropriateness of care and outcome planning. Conduct interview and assist with on‑boarding of newly hired clinicians. Conduct annual performance evaluation. Conduct QAPI and annual CEMP review. Perform other related duties as requested by upper management. Requirements Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing. Current state or multi‑state license as a Registered Nurse. Current CPR. Valid driver’s license, with reliable transportation. Two years as a Registered Nurse in a home care. Preferred at least one year of home health management experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
