Pay:
$18.50/hr

 

Schedule:
First shift, onsite 5 days per week

 

*There will also be incentives for attendance and performance goals. *

 

Role Responsibilities:
These roles are primarily focused on outreach, so we are looking for candidates who are comfortable making outgoing calls and have strong communication skills and a calm, professional demeanor. They will be responsible for obtaining complete and accurate medical records from healthcare providers on behalf of Reveleer’s health plan customers.

 

 

Customer Service Specialist

We're looking for a customer-focused professional who enjoys helping others, solving problems, and delivering exceptional service. If you're detail-oriented, comfortable working with multiple systems, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in customer service, contact center/call center operations, healthcare administration, medical records, claims processing, data entry, or provider relations
• Strong computer skills with the ability to efficiently navigate multiple applications and systems simultaneously
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to work from and manage assigned call lists (advanced Excel not required)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, customer-first approach
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when documenting customer interactions
• Ability to quickly learn new processes, adapt to changing priorities, and consistently follow established procedures
• Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
