Operating through its Community Services, Corrections Divisions, and Corporate Headquarters, the organization is recognized for innovative, effective treatment approaches and maintaining high standards.Cooks are responsible for preparing, seasoning, and cooking food for clients in accordance with established recipes and menus. They complete advance preparation steps, use kitchen utensils and equipment, and inspect and test food. They ensure proper storage of goods, supplies, and leftovers, clean and organize work and serving areas, and maintain kitchen equipment. They assist in menu planning and training of clients assigned to kitchen duty.
