The Transformation Projects Leader will be a part of the MedTech Supply Chain Digital organization and will lead and organize end-to-end transformations across MedTech Supply Chain. The focus is on enhancing supply chain through digital and strategic solutions. The leader will manage SAP S/4HANA transformations and other strategic initiatives with operational, program, and vendor teams to improve core end‑to‑end operations, enable new digital capabilities, and simplify the supply chain experience. Responsibilities also include influencing senior leadership and developing strong business partnerships across stakeholder groups. Major Responsibilities Strategic Transformation Management: Coordinate with VP of MedTech Supply Chain Digital to prioritize, govern, and execute transformations. Refine strategy, structure, and governance for in‑flight projects, drive ideation, support business case development, and manage deployment frameworks and matrixed initiative teams. Roadmap Development: Partner with Strategic Planning and Program Operations to create, execute, and update roadmaps for SAP S/4HANA and non‑S/4 transformations, align with MedTech Supply Chain leaders, assess dependencies, and resolve escalated risks. Resource Management: Engage business units and leaders to understand resource availability, allocate resources across projects, deliver against budget, and create cost‑efficient mixes of internal and external resources. Vendor Management: Engage vendor partners, manage performance, set engagement rules, identify cost‑efficient practices, and build relationships with external transformation leaders to maintain industry best practices. Financial Management: Direct budget allocation for all SAP S/4HANA and non‑S/4 projects, forecast quarterly and fiscal year needs, and collaborate with Strategic Planning and Program Operations on feasibility. Technology Fluency: Leverage deep knowledge of supply chain, data, and digital tools to engage product teams, assess offerings, and drive automation and efficiency opportunities. Value Creation: Review project progress against roadmaps, oversee cost‑saving initiatives, and develop criteria for communicating expected value to senior leadership. Customer Experience‑Driven Design: Lead customer‑first project design, adapt deployments to specific groups, and improve delivery of customer experience. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree is required. An advanced degree, such as an MBA, is preferred. Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in SAP transformation leadership roles within Supply Chain or Commercial organizations. Minimum 10 years of complex global leadership experience. Proven experience leading people‑centric and business‑driven strategies. Minimum 10 years of experience with people management/direct report responsibilities. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Identify root causes of complex problems and enable independent solutioning and resolution. Lead strategic business decision‑making through data and analytics. Foundational knowledge of emerging MedTech, supply chain, data, and digital trends (preferred). Build strong relationships with peers and stakeholders to influence and align to a common vision. Reimagine current ways of working to align with MedTech Supply Chain Digital. Strategic leadership in building and enhancing capabilities. Demonstrated hands‑on project management and change management experience. Collaborate effectively in managing large‑scale projects in a matrix format. Lead and collaborate across cross‑functional teams, franchises, and business sectors. Work effectively in a global environment through strong communication and empowerment in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. Strong knowledge of ERP and ERP systems (preferred). Leading complex transformation programs (preferred). Resource management in accordance with project design and needs (preferred). Knowledge of MedTech Devices, Supply Chain or Commercial Operations (preferred). Certification in areas such as PMP, product management, or data competencies (preferred). Strong customer focus (internal & external) and experience managing multidisciplinary professionals (preferred). Up to 25% travel required. Pay Transparency The anticipated base pay range for this position is $199,000.00 – $366,850.00. Eligible employees may also participate in the company’s consolidated retirement plan, savings plan, long‑term incentive program, and various leave and benefit plans.
