Job Function Technology Product & Platform Management Job Sub Function Multi-Family Technology Product & Platform Management Job Category People Leader Job Posting Locations New Brunswick, New Jersey; Tampa, Florida Job Description We are searching for a Director, MedTech Digital Factory OTC to lead end‑to‑end delivery across build, test automation, and deployment activities for MedTech ERP and Digital Transformation programs, supporting approximately $2B in global transformation initiatives. The director will institutionalize delivery outcomes through the Acceleration Office operating model and provide enterprise‑scale leadership across Order to Cash, integrations, ecosystems, and ancillary systems. Major Duties & Responsibilities Manage the OTC build factory team, including internal/external functional resources and those provided by TS service owners (app dev, integration, security, etc.). Accountable for product financial targets, define and track metrics to focus on business‑value realization and improve throughput and quality at lower cost. Define and institute build factory KPIs such as vendor adherence to statements of work, turnover, efficiency gains from AI, defect density, OTIF, and others. Partner with Business Deployment leads and Technical Product Leads to develop demand, product backlog, and ensure efficient utilization of factory leads. Drive strategic organizational and people development activities, including recruiting, retaining, and developing leaders across J&J. Ensure efficient organizational constructs and continuously update the organization’s skills and knowledge profile. Define product roadmaps with business for technology strategies via research, vendors, IT architecture, and technology events. Deliver SAP improvements and project delivery within Customer Experience, Transportation and MDG value streams. Provide TS estimates, quotes, Phase 0 pilots, and RFP requests. Collaborate with SAP business process areas: Deliver, Plan, Make, Source, Quality, Finance, and secondary technical service teams like ABAP, Security, Integration, and BASIS. Form HPT squads/teams for successful execution of projects and transition to application maintenance support "RUN" teams. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree. 10+ years of Information Technology (ERP) application management experience in large enterprises. 10+ years of people management experience. Technology leadership with a demonstrable record of leading large enterprises, focusing on business agility and project completion with minimal supervision. Strong understanding of supply chain processes and experience leading ERP capabilities (SD, MM, QM, PP, FI, BW) across multiple business units and ERP technologies. Experience with JDE, SAP ECC6, SAP S/4HANA. Strong leadership, analytical, problem‑solving, planning, and decision‑making skills. Ability to solve complex business problems and present recommendations to senior management. Experience working with cross‑regional, global teams and a comfort with interacting across hierarchical levels. End‑to‑end project implementation experience across multiple phases. Understanding and managing financial processes related to projects, departmental budgets, and enterprise results. Outstanding oral and written communication skills. Proven ability to manage internal and external technical personnel in a fast‑paced, complex, global project environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience with product management related to SOX and GxP compliance processes. Experience with Agile methodology, HPT, and a solid grasp of the Software Development Lifecycle Management model and documentation. Certifications in Business Analysis, Supply Chain Professional, or Project Management (PMP). Solid experience with MS Office tools, and experience with Agile, Scrum, and JIRA. Sound knowledge of SAP integrations and APIs, and experience with S/4HANA. Pay Transparency Base pay range: $150,000.00 – $258,750.00. Eligibility for the company’s consolidated retirement plan (401(k)), long‑term incentive program, and various time‑off benefits.
