Finance Manager - Plano, TX - $130k-140k + Bonus

LHH is seeking a Finance Manager to join a growing, private equity-backed organization experiencing continued expansion. This is a highly visible opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys partnering with operations, influencing business decisions through financial analysis, and driving performance across a multi-site organization. The ideal candidate will bring a strong FP&A foundation, advanced financial modeling skills, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights in a fast-paced environment. Job Responsibilities Partner with operational leaders to provide financial analysis, reporting, and decision support. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis while identifying trends, risks, and opportunities. Build financial models and scenario analyses to evaluate operational and strategic initiatives. Support monthly operating reviews and performance management across multiple business units. Analyze pricing, gross margin, revenue, direct costs, payer mix, and service line performance to improve profitability. Develop and track financial and operational KPIs to measure business performance. Collaborate with accounting and business leaders to ensure accurate financial reporting and budget accountability. Perform financial analysis for new market expansion, site performance, and strategic growth initiatives. Support acquisition-related financial analysis, due diligence, and integration efforts. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred). 5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, management consulting, or transaction advisory. Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analysis. Advanced Excel skills with experience using Power BI, SQL, and financial planning/reporting tools. Ability to communicate financial insights to operational stakeholders and executive leadership. Experience in healthcare, multi-location organizations, or private equity-backed environments is a plus.
