Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing Daily

• Dedicated Sourcing Focus: Spend roughly 70% of your time performing proactive outbound sourcing for hard-to-fill clinical roles
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, CRM platforms, and performance dashboards to generate and maintain high-quality talent pipelines.
• Screen candidates using behavioral techniques, evaluate credentials, manage candidate tracking within the ATS, build incentives/offers, and navigate candidate queries regarding corporate benefits.
• On-Site & Team Engagement: Maintain a fully remote workflow while committing to local travel

What You’ll Bring to the Table

• 1+ years of talent acquisition or HR experience, featuring background in corporate sourcing or agency headhunting with clinical or leadership recruitment expertise.
• Familiarity with ATS software, recruiting CRMs, Microsoft Office Suite, and AI-driven candidate engagement tools.
• Bachelor’s degree OR 4 years of equivalent, relevant work experience in place of a degree.
