Covenant Living Communities & Services is seeking a Recruiter to support nationwide hiring from our Talent Acquisition team. You will act as a talent advisor to hiring leaders, manage full life cycle recruiting, and optimize sourcing strategies while delivering HR operational excellence. Remote position based in the greater Chicago area. Responsibilities include stakeholder intake, pipeline development, candidate experience, and interview logistics, with a focus on healthcare recruiting and #J-18808-Ljbffr Covenant Retirement Communities & Covenant Care
