Covenant Living Communities & Services is seeking a Recruiter to support nationwide hiring from our Talent Acquisition team. You will act as a talent advisor to hiring leaders, manage full life cycle recruiting, and optimize sourcing strategies while delivering HR operational excellence. Remote position based in the greater Chicago area.
