Capital Vacations is hiring the final In-House Sales Representatives of the year for our Calypso Cay Resort sales team in the Orlando market.

We're looking for proven timeshare and vacation ownership sales professionals with an active Florida Real Estate License who are ready to compete at a high level and join an elite In-House sales environment.

Exceptional Earning Potential

• Earn up to 17% commission

Position Overview

As an In-House Timeshare Sales Representative, you'll work directly with existing Capital Vacations owners to understand their vacation goals and present personalized ownership solutions.

You’ll build relationships, overcome objections, confidently close sales, and deliver an exceptional owner experience while maximizing your personal earning potential.

This opportunity is designed for experienced sales professionals who thrive in a competitive, high-performance In-House environment.

Requirements

• Previous Timeshare or Vacation Ownership Sales experience
• In-House Sales experience strongly preferred
• Proven success in a commission-based sales environment
• Strong closing, communication, and presentation skills
• Excellent relationship-building abilities
• Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
• Professional, customer-focused approach
• Ability to work weekends and holidays
• Ability and willingness to travel for select sales events when applicable
