Registered Nurse - Telemetry

Position Overview Join our team as a full-time, Day shift Telemetry Intermediate Care Stepdown (IMC) Charge Registered Nurse, responsible for shift management, monitoring care quality, and providing clinical support under the Nurse Manager's guidance. Key Responsibilities Serve as a liaison, communicate major occurrences, assign patient care tasks, mentor new staff, and participate in performance reviews. Assess patient and family needs, develop and adjust care plans to meet diverse needs, delegate tasks, and ensure adherence to the Kansas Nurse Practice Act. Required Qualifications Associate’s degree in nursing. Current Kansas RN licensure. BLS certification within 14 days. ACLS and oncology certifications required for specific units. All certifications completed within the first year. Preferred Qualifications At least one year of relevant experience. Bachelor’s degree in nursing. Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.
