Contractor Business Analyst Operations & Reporting

Position Summary
Seeking a full-time Contractor Business Analyst Operations & Reporting to support the Business Operations Services (BOS) Originations team. This role supports operational initiatives, business analysis, reporting, testing, documentation, and stakeholder coordination. The successful candidate will partner with business, technology, vendor, and field teams to support daily operations and the successful implementation of business and system enhancements.

Key Duties

• Support daily operations, issue resolution, requirements gathering, change requests, forms administration, and process improvement initiatives from intake through implementation.
• Create, maintain, validate, and distribute operational reports, dashboards, metrics, and business tracking tools using Microsoft technologies, including Power BI.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT), coordinate issue resolution, and support release readiness, deployment activities, and post-implementation follow-up.
• Create and maintain documentation, training materials, DRGs, and SharePoint resources.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings with business, operational, technical, and vendor teams to identify requirements, risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and process improvements.

Qualifications (Education & Experience)

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, Operations, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in Business Analysis, Operations Analysis, Project Coordination, Process Improvement, or similar roles.
• Experience creating reports and dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or similar reporting tools.
• Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), implementations, or system enhancements.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Captive finance, automotive finance, or related operational experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented self-starter with strong organizational, communication, and follow-through skills.
