They thrive in a fast paced and a team oriented environment. They get excited about construction projects as well as completing assignments on time. An individual who will do well in this position is self oriented, organized, a great communicator, and approachable. Comfortable working within a team environment at the project site. Key Responsibilities/Skills Data Analysis: Analyze data from various sources, using spreadsheets and smart sheets, to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Reporting: Run regular and ad-hoc reports, interpret the data, and present findings to managers and colleagues in a clear and concise manner. Problem Solving: Address and resolve challenges using data. Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicating findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Independent Work: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and deliver high-quality work with minimal supervision. Learning and Adaptation: Quickly learn and adapt to new software tools and platforms that support project management and data analysis. Continuous Improvement: Identify areas of improvement within existing processes and software tools, recommending and implementing changes that enhance project outcomes. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or any other related field. Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, preferably within a project based environment. A proactive approach to personal career growth, seeking opportunities to develop new skills and advance within the company. Strong proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets) and smart sheets. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making. Experience in document management and process improvement. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.
