Make purchase suggestions and assist with the food program. Work around the store (inside and out) to maintain high standards for store appearance. Provide fast and friendly service to customers. Maintain regular and predictable onsite attendance. Qualifications Excellent customer care skills. Strong communication and friendly conversation. Ability to perform at a quick pace while having fun. Team player to accomplish daily goals. Creative problem-solving and quick suggestion ability. Retail and customer service experience. Sales associate or cashiering experience. High school diploma or equivalent. Motivation to advance in career and willingness to learn. Physical Requirements Stand and/or walk up to 8 hours. Lifts/carries up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes. Lifts/carries up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level occasionally. Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds. Bends at the waist with some twisting up to 1 hour. Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands; may require climbing a ladder.
