Responsibilities : Partner with core directors on budgets, plans, and fee structures. Optimize core operations and facilitate new core setups. Manage equipment and ensure adherence to protocols. Maximize cores' scientific impact through collaboration. Generate annual reports and monthly financial updates. Streamline billing and maintain core financial stability. Qualifications/Background Profile : Bachelor's degree in relevant field (healthcare, finance, business). 4+ years of experience in healthcare management/finance. 2+ years managing operating budgets. Research/research administration experience. Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and analytical skills. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
