We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Financial Analyst to support the ongoing optimization and adoption of our recently implemented Fonteva platform (Salesforce-native). This role will focus on enhancing financial reporting, supporting process improvements, and ensuring accurate data flows across our financial and membership systems. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in finance or accounting, analytical skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams. Experience with Salesforce or similar financial systems is highly valued. Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Financial Analyst to support the ongoing optimization and adoption of Fonteva (Salesforce-native), focusing on enhanced financial reporting, process improvements, and accurate data flows across financial and membership systems. Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and analyze financial and operational reports to support decision-making across finance, membership, and leadership teams. Act as a subject matter expert for Fonteva’s financial components, assisting in system optimization and process alignment. Collaborate with finance and operations stakeholders to identify reporting needs, streamline workflows, and ensure data accuracy. Support post-implementation activities including testing, issue resolution, and data validation. Provide training and documentation to help end users effectively leverage Fonteva and related systems. Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to support integrations and improve system functionality (e.g., Fonteva to QuickBooks). Assist in month-end and year-end reporting activities and ad hoc financial analysis as needed. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting operations, or financial systems support. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. Proficiency in Salesforce (administration, reporting, or user support). Experience with Fonteva is a plus, but not required. Strong Microsoft Excel skills; familiarity with BI/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Salesforce Reports) is a plus. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users and document processes effectively.
