You’ll troubleshoot and resolve fiber optic issues, restoring service quickly and effectively. You’ll document splice activities and test results, maintaining accurate records for projects. You’ll collaborate with engineers, technicians, and supervisors to complete installations and repairs. Required Skills/ Qualifications Proven experience in fiber splicing and testing with strong technical precision. Proficiency with OTDRs, splicing machines, and other fiber testing tools. Ability to read and interpret splicing plans, schematics, and technical documentation. Strong teamwork, communication skills, and a commitment to safety.
