How you'll make an impact in this role Direct the implementation of operational policies, service strategies, and contractual standards to ensure high-quality, cost-effective service delivery across all departments. Lead ongoing operational assessments and quality assurance programs to optimize workflows, productivity, and service performance. Drive staff development, direct daily team execution, and cultivate a supportive culture that keeps employee turnover low while driving high satisfaction scores. Identify strategic marketing partnerships and collaborative opportunities to extend departmental reach, integrate service lines, and align with broader organizational goals. What minimum qualifications you'll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross preferred. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing preferred. Licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing OR current home state license if considered multi-state/Compact State preferred. Education: High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experiencerequired, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor'sdegree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those yearsbeing in leadership/management. What additional requirements you'll need Oncology experience required. Inpatient and outpatient oncology experience strongly preferred.
