Caregiver/ HHA /CNA (Shoreview Area)

Pay: $18–$21/hour based on experience + $3/hour Weekend Differential

Comfort Keepers is looking for compassionate and dependable In-Home Caregivers to support seniors and adults in the Shoreview area.

Current Scheduling Needs

Weekday Afternoon Shifts

·       HIGH PRIORITY — Tuesday: 12:00 PM–4:00 PM

·       HIGH PRIORITY — Thursday: 12:00 PM–4:00 PM

12-Hour Daytime Coverage

·       HIGH PRIORITY — Monday–Sunday: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM

·       Coverage is needed 7 days a week, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM.

Additional Daytime Shifts

·       Tuesday: 11:00 AM–4:00 PM

·       Friday: 11:00 AM–4:00 PM

·       Saturday: 11:00 AM–4:00 PM

·       Sunday: 11:00 AM–4:00 PM

What You'll Do

·       Provide companionship and supervision

·       Assist with personal care and daily routines

·       Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping

·       Provide medication reminders

·       Assist with mobility, transfers, and safety

·       Support client independence and engagement

·       Support appointments, errands, and daily activities

Our Interactive Caregiving approach focuses on engaging clients in their daily routines whenever possible, helping promote dignity, independence, safety, and quality of life.

Qualifications

·       At least 18 years old

·       Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance

·       Dependable, compassionate, and professional

·       Comfortable working independently in a client's home

·       Comfortable providing extended in-home support

·       Caregiving experience is helpful; previous experience is preferred for some shifts

Eligible direct-care employees may have access to scholarship support through the Minnesota Department of Health HCBS Employee Scholarship Program. Qualified team members may receive assistance with approved educational expenses while pursuing CNA, LPN, or RN training that supports career advancement in home and community-based care. To be eligible, employees must work in a direct-care role for an average of at least 10 hours per week and meet program requirements. Scholarship funding is limited and awarded based on eligibility, available funds, and approved educational costs.
