Caregiver – Chisago Area | Flexible Scheduling & Competitive Pay

Pay: $18–$21/hour + $3/hour Weekend Differential
Weekend Pay: Up to $24/hour
Location: Chisago City, North Branch, Wyoming & Surrounding Areas

About the Position

Comfort Keepers is hiring caring, dependable Caregivers to provide in-home support to seniors and adults throughout the Chisago area.

Current Scheduling Needs

We're currently seeking caregivers who can commit to one or more of the following shifts:

• Monday and Friday: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM

Multiple positions are available , making this a great opportunity for caregivers looking for consistent hours or additional shifts.

What You'll Do

As a Caregiver, you'll help clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent at home. Your responsibilities may include:

• Providing companionship and emotional support

• Assisting with bathing, grooming, hygiene, and other personal care

• Preparing meals and performing light housekeeping

• Providing medication reminders

• Assisting with mobility and safety

• Driving clients to appointments, errands, and community activities

• Supporting clients with daily routines and activities+

Employee Scholarship Program .

Qualified team members may receive assistance with approved educational expenses while pursuing CNA, LPN, or RN training , helping support long-term career growth in home and community-based care.

To qualify, employees must work in a direct-care role for an average of at least 10 hours per week and meet program requirements. Scholarship funding is limited and awarded based on eligibility, available funds, and approved educational expenses.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Valid driver's license

• Reliable vehicle and current auto insurance

• Dependable, compassionate, and professional

• Strong communication skills

• Able to work independently and follow care instructions

• Previous experience as a Caregiver, CNA, HHA, PCA, RA, or DSS is a plus but not required
