Senior Accountant
The ODA Group
Our client, an investment group with over 20 operating companies, is looking for a Senior Accountant for one of its fasting growing operating companies. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all accounting, reporting, and reconciliation activities related to a captive insurance entity and its associated reinsurance structures. This role manages highly complex loss portfolio transfer (LPT) activity, cession/retrocession flows, and GAAP/STAT reporting for captive operations. The ideal candidate has strong accounting experience, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to manage high‑volume, multi‑entity transactions in a growing and dynamic environment. This is a great opportunity to work in a very entrepreneurial organization and work directly with the Assistant Controller of the operating company and the CFO of the parent organization.
