Senior Accountant
Addison Group
Addison Group has partnered with a subsidiary of a global wholesale distributor supplying HVAC industries looking to add a Senior Accountant. This role will be responsible for applying accounting principles to assist in the preparation and processing of accounting transactions, preparing schedules to analyze information, and assist in creating financial reports for a multi legal entity corporation. This position reports to the Controller. Responsibilities Maintain accurate Balance Sheet account reconciliations (including bank statements). Prepare journal entries and perform variance analysis and review of various accounts during month-end close process. Support finance, upper management, and other partners Ensure various journal entries (non inventory/cost of sales) are recorded using US GAAP. Participate in month-end, half-year, and year-end reporting, preparing accruals and schedules and submitting monthly and ad hoc financial reporting packages as directed by management. Qualifications 3+ years' of professional accounting experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or equivalent experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Addison Group
