We’re looking for full‑time Automotive Assistant and Service Managers to join Team Mavis at one of our state‑of‑the‑art automotive service and retail tire sales centers in the North Tonawanda, NY area. About the Position of Assistant Manager The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to ensure each Mavis retail location operates efficiently, safely and effectively. Responsible for enforcing established policies, scheduling mechanics/technicians work, managing outside orders, ensuring the quality and timely completion of jobs, meeting customer expectations, and ensuring the safety of team members. About the Position of Service Manager The Service Manager assists customers with tire selections and recommended under‑car repair services, directs the workflow of mechanics, alignment technicians and tire technicians, stages vehicle repair/maintenance work, drives the sales initiatives of Mavis, communicates directly with customers, and strives to meet customer expectations.
