Wind River Environmental LLC is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to serve as the primary point of contact for customers inquiring about its products and services. This full-time, remote role offers $18–$22/hour and requires candidates to live within 30 miles of a WRE branch to provide local support when needed.

The successful candidate will handle a high volume of inbound calls, educate customers on service offerings, schedule appointments, and resolve inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and concerns from Residential Pumping Queue
• Provide engaging and educational service to promote pumping services
• Schedule residential pumping services and document calls per department requirements
• Clarify customer inquiries, research solutions, and provide accurate information
• Enter service orders into order management systems
• Resolve problems or escalate unresolved issues appropriately
• Fulfill customer requests, complete transactions, and forward requests as needed
• Work in a metric-driven environment with individual and group goals
• Manage heavy inbound and outbound call volume efficiently

Candidate Requirements

Essential:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Basic computer literacy (email, internet, Microsoft Office)
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Must operate in a drug-free workplace

Preferred:

• Experience in customer service within waste management or related industries
