Front Desk Attendant We are currently looking for a friendly and reliable Front Desk Attendant to join our team in Northbrook, IL 60062. This is a great opportunity to gain front desk experience and to grow their customer service skills in a professional environment. Job Summary As a Front Desk Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for residents and guests, providing exceptional customer service while performing essential duties in a supportive team atmosphere such as the following: Greet guests and residents with a friendly, welcoming attitude Handle packages (may include some light to moderate lifting) Collaborate with security, maintenance, and management teams as needed Complete simple reports related to your shift and any incidents Use company apps for scheduling and basic reporting Working Hours: Saturday & Sunday Shift: 7:00 am – 03:00 pm Starting Hourly Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour (Biweekly pay) Requirements Bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish. Previous experience in front desk, customer service, or similar roles is preferred. Friendly and professional communication skills Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Reliable transportation to ensure punctuality Background check and drug test will be conducted.
