We are looking for a friendly, welcoming receptionist to join our team! As the receptionist for our business, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. You will greet clients as they arrive, book appointments, and answer phone calls, as well as attend to the needs of clients. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking. Responsibilities
- Greet clients as they arrive at the agency
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Assist with maintaining a clean and inviting environment
- Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of clients as needed
- Two or more years of customer service experience is preferred
- Previous experience as a receptionist is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Familiar with computers and scheduling software
- Excellent multi-tasking skills
