Job Title: Application Support Specialist
Schedule: On-site Monday–Thursday, remote Fridays; 5–10% travel and occasional on-call rotation during busy seasons.
Compensation: $50,000–$80,000 base salary + 10% bonus
Role Overview: Our client is seeking an Application Support Specialist to support a variety of business applications in a fast-paced environment. This role involves troubleshooting application issues, assisting with implementations and testing, and helping ensure systems run smoothly and meet business needs.
The ideal candidate has a strong application support background, excellent problem-solving skills, and an eagerness to learn new technologies. Experience supporting multiple applications in a complex environment is preferred. Candidates do not need expertise in one specific platform, as the team is looking for someone adaptable who can learn and support a broad range of systems.
Experience with POS, PMS, ticketing, or other transaction-based applications is a plus, but not required. Strong troubleshooting skills, technical aptitude, and a willingness to learn are the top priorities.
