$80,000-$120,000 + 3 Weeks PTO + Progression Opportunities + Bonus + Fantastic Complete Benefits Package (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k)

Are you a Project Manager with commercial roofing experience looking to take ownership of a growing region? Do you thrive on building client relationships, driving revenue, and leading high-performing teams with a clear path toward Division President?

\n

\n

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven Commercial Roofer to spearhead this divisions growth on unique roofing projects in Southern Wisconsin. You’ll play a key role in project execution, quality assurance, team coordination, and client satisfaction while working with an established contractor known for quality, safety, and long-term relationships.

\n

\n

This company are well respected in the commercial roofing industry and are committed to providing its leaders with the tools and support needed to succeed. With a strong pipeline of work and a focus on doing things the right way, this role offers stability, responsibility, and room to grow to becoming division president

\n

\n

In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing daily field operations, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and ensuring all projects meet manufacturer requirements, safety standards, and contractual obligations.

\n

\n

This would therefore suit an individual who’s looking for an amazing progression opportunity, where they can take on increasing responsibility, expand their skill set, and make a real impact on regional operations.

The role

\n

*Lead and oversee regional commercial roofing and sheet metal operations

\n

*Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring quality and compliance

\n

*Support sales efforts and client relationships while driving regional performance

\n

\n

The Person

\n

*Strong understanding of commercial roofing, waterproofing, and sheet metal systems

\n

*Proven ability to read and interpret construction drawings and manage complex projects

\n

*Sales-capable leader motivated by growth and progression

\n

*Valid driver’s license
