This top US law firm is seeking to recruit a NY qualified, mid-level Lawyer for their Corporate M&A group in London. Our client has maintained the success that has seen it become one of the stand-out performers in recent years in the region.Candidates will have at least 3 years post qualification experience. The corporate team advises clients from the US and across Europe and you will have experience of mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions. This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the elite US law firms who have a genuine family feel office. The role will involve client interaction that you would not get at many other US firms.
