Responsibilities
- Delivers coordinated nursing care for a patient or an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervises and directs the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff, and coordinates care with other disciplines.
- Performs ongoing assessment, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care; documents observations and responses.
- Administers medications and monitors for therapeutic effects and adverse reactions.
- Collaborates with physicians, therapists, and other members of the interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
- Maintains patient safety, adheres to infection control practices, and supports quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements
- Ability to deliver nursing care in a fast-paced telemetry/acute care setting.
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and clinical judgment skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency with nursing documentation and adherence to care standards.
- Willingness to work a 3x12-hour shift schedule for a travel assignment in Portland, OR.
