Sonsoft Inc. is growing at a steady pace specializing in the fields of Software Development, Software Consultancy and Information Technology Enabled Services.Job DescriptionAt least 4 years of experience in test strategy and test Design, test execution analysis & reporting.Candidate should be a high-performing test expert on Facets Product having the ability to train and mentor other test analysts on different Facets Product Modules as needed. Atleast 4 years of experience in Core Functionalities of Facets which includes Membership, Provider Management, Claim Processing, Billing, Plan/Product, NetworX Pricing, Customer Service and Utilization Management ModulesStrong knowledge of the FACETS Data ModelStrong knowledge on Facets Architecture which includes Upstream and Downstream systemsStrong knowledge on different EDI transactions.Strong technical and testing skills - Knowledge of various software testing strategies and approaches Requires little supervision, self-starter that can work independently and collaboratively, while remaining effective at reporting status on tasks daily / Very detail oriented Strong communication skills - Ability to communicate and document status and complex issues effectively Strong documentation skills – Ability to create clear, concise, detailed project artifacts that meet the standards of the Software Quality Management process Ability to work in Onsite – Offshore model.Responsible for all the deliverables in the project. Consolidate project status in Weekly status reports that are shared to clientAbility to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment Analytical skills Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environmentIndustry Experience:-Working knowledge on Black-Box Testing following the Waterfall model, V model and Agile Methodology as well.Working experience on Facets test data creation. Working Knowledge on different EDI files creation (834, 837, 837, 270,271,276,277 etc)Working experience on the following Facets TestingSmoke TestingChange Pack TestingPlan/Product TestingSystem Integration TestingRegression TestingEnd to End testing (Upstream, Facets core, Downstream)Working experience in extract file validations from FACETS and other systemsWorking knowledge on the Root Cause Analysis which provokes the factors of failure thereby taking proper measure to improve identified processWorking knowledge on Test EstimationsWorking Knowledge on ALM as part of Test Management activities Technology Experience:-Database : SQL Developer, OracleTools: HP ALM 12 Series versions, Facets 5.20, EDICertifications : AHM 250 External Certification (Mandatory) / ISTQB (Desired)Responsibilities:-Business Requirement Analysis Project scopingEffort estimation & SchedulingTest Plans and Strategy preparationTest Case PreparationTest Data SupportTest ExecutionTest ReportingDefect ManagementCo-ordination activitiesQualificationsBachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
