Corporate Counsel

Job TitleLutron Electronics, a privately held large international technology and manufacturing company, seeks an attorney with 3–5 years of experience to join our highly collaborative in-house legal team at our global headquarters.ResponsibilitiesYour first responsibility is to learn and understand Lutron's business. You will combine that knowledge with your sound judgment and analytical skills to:Provide legal research and counsel on a broad range of compliance topics including Data Privacy, Sustainability, Product, Packaging, Trade, Certifications, and others. This will involve working directly with cross-functional teams, experts, and leaders from across the company including those in engineering, marketing, sales, and operations.Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements. This will include both sell-side and buy-side supply and services agreements, SaaS and other tech transaction agreements, and more. No prior expertise in Compliance or Commercial law required – but a willingness to learn is a must!3–5 years of legal experience. Experience at a top-tier national or international law firm preferred.J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to at least one U.S. state bar. J.D. from a top-tier law school preferred.Proven analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
