Bilingual Branch Wholesale Product Specialist (Spanish)

Overview This position works closely with commercial paint customers to determine their needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. Wholesale Product Specialists are expected to promptly resolve customer concerns and ensure maximum client satisfaction, while staying up-to-date with product features and maintaining the high quality and visual standards of the products and store. They are tasked with achieving excellent customer service while consistently meeting the store’s sales goals. Responsibilities Work with commercial paint customers to determine needs, answer questions about products, and recommend suitable solutions. Promptly resolve customer concerns and ensure maximum client satisfaction. Maintain high quality and visual standards of products and the store; stay up-to-date with product features. Deliver excellent customer service and consistently meet the store’s sales goals. Interact with customers, which may include minors; handle cash and other payment methods, electronic equipment, personal information, store merchandise and other items of value, with access that may be supervised or unsupervised. Comply with company policies regarding criminal history reviews to protect the business, customers, staff, and operations. Additional Details This is a FULL-TIME position.
