Junior AI Engineer

Opportunity available for Junior AI Engineer to join a growing AI team and help build enterprise Generative AI applications using Azure AI services , Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) , and modern cloud technologies. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career AI engineer with a strong software engineering foundation and a passion for developing AI-powered solutions. Responsibilities Develop and support Generative AI applications using Azure AI services and OpenAI models. Assist in designing and implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines. Build document ingestion, indexing, embedding, and retrieval workflows. Develop APIs and backend services supporting AI-powered applications. Work with structured and unstructured data sources to improve AI response quality. Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications and business workflows. Collaborate with data engineers to prepare and optimize datasets for AI applications. Evaluate AI model performance and continuously improve prompt engineering and retrieval strategies. Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and deployment activities. Document AI solutions, technical designs, and best practices. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). 1–3 years of software engineering or AI development experience. Experience with Python . Understanding of REST APIs and backend development. Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI concepts. Basic understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture. Experience working with Git and Agile development methodologies. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
