Prepares and distributes meals/snacks for children and staff according to guidelines and provided menus. Followsdailymenu that incorporates USDA,licensingand/or health department regulations. Ensuressafe food preparations and proper sanitation methods are used andmaintainsa safe kitchen/pantry area. Maintains inventory of food and supplies. Mustbe willing to work in the classroom during times that Georgia Pre K is not in session. Work experience in cooking and/or food preparation for large group food service, preferably in a childcare center, preferred.ServSafecertification preferred. Experience with CACFP preferred. High school diploma or equivalentrequired. Previousexperience working in licensedchildcare. Ability to passbackground checks&health assessments. Ability toliftupto30 lbs.
