El Asociado de Almacén es responsable de apoyar las operaciones diarias del almacén, incluyendo la recepción, organización, preparación, almacenamiento y envío de mercancía. Debe mantener un área de trabajo limpia y segura y seguir todos los procedimientos de seguridad de la empresa.
Responsabilidades principales:- Recibir, descargar, revisar y organizar mercancía.
- Preparar pedidos para su envío y asegurar que sean correctos.
- Empacar, etiquetar y mover productos dentro del almacén.
- Cargar y descargar camiones de manera segura.
- Mantener los productos organizados y el inventario actualizado.
- Utilizar equipos y herramientas del almacén de acuerdo con las normas de seguridad.
- Realizar tareas de selección, clasificación y almacenamiento de productos.
- Mantener el área de trabajo limpia, ordenada y libre de riesgos.
- Seguir las políticas y procedimientos de seguridad de la empresa.
- Trabajar en equipo para cumplir con las metas diarias de producción y envío.
- Realizar otras tareas relacionadas con el almacén según sea necesario.
- Capacidad para trabajar en un ambiente de almacén.
- Capacidad para levantar, mover y transportar mercancía.
- Buena atención al detalle y organización.
- Puntualidad y responsabilidad.
- Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente y en equipo.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar diferentes turnos, si es necesario.
- Experiencia previa en almacén es preferible, pero no siempre es necesaria.
- Trabajo en equipo.
- Organización y manejo del tiempo.
- Atención al detalle.
- Comunicación efectiva.
- Capacidad para seguir instrucciones.
- Compromiso con la seguridad y la calidad.
- Estar de pie durante períodos prolongados, caminar, agacharse y levantar o mover cajas y otros materiales.
