Compensation: $240,000–$290,000 Base Salary + Comprehensive Benefits + Partnership Track

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services for patients of all ages.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Perform annual wellness visits and preventive health screenings.
• Manage chronic diseases including diabetes, hypertension, COPD, and other common primary care conditions.
• Coordinate care with specialists and ancillary providers as needed.
• Educate patients and families on disease prevention, treatment plans, and healthy lifestyle choices.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation within the electronic medical record system.
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing staff, and support personnel to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications Required

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Eligible for Georgia medical licensure
• DEA certification or ability to obtain
• Commitment to quality-driven, patient-centered care

Preferred

• Previous outpatient Family Medicine experience
• EMR proficiency
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Interest in long-term practice growth and partnership opportunities
