You will assure that the property meets all Cohen-Esrey standards for safety and appearance. You will keep track of inventory, partner with management on priorities and budget. The Lead Maintenance Technician is an essential team member for Cohen-Esrey to deliver superior customer service to our residents. Must have HVAC. Qualifications 2+ years Maintenance Supervisor Experience 3+ years of Maintenance Experience including light plumbing and electrical. Ability to bend, stoop, lift, carry, push or pull over 25lbs repeatedly. Ability to respond to after-hours emergencies. Valid Driver's License Basic tools required, to include personal smart phone technology. Preferred Qualifications Proven 2+ years of HVAC experience HVAC Certified, EPA Compensation $23-$25 *Final agreed-upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
