Chicago ENT is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator – Call Center to manage inbound scheduling and patient communication across our ENT and related departments. The role handles a high volume of calls, online scheduling, referrals, and internal tasks while coordinating with providers and clinical teams to ensure timely follow-up and access to care.
