Design Director, Creator Platform — Equity & Founding Role

Sure Jake is a next-generation creator platform designed to solve the fundamental failure of today’s creator economy: visibility without income, or income without control. At its core, Sure Jake is a creator-first ecosystem that guarantees discovery, enables direct monetisation, and builds a sustainable income layer between creators and fans.

This is an early-stage venture with validated demand, a clear commercial model and global ambition.

The Role

We’re looking for a Design Director to take ownership of the initial product vision across mobile and web.

This role is ideal for someone who has designed consumer products ( social media/entertainment/ecommerce) and wants real ownership.

What You Will Own

Delivery of a UI/UX wireframes to support the product concept.

• Define the key features of the Sure Jake product roadmap (v1 to scale)
• Translate initial framework and market opportunities into a cohesive product
• Craft a unique user experiences aligned to premium creator needs
• Produce several wireframe UX/UI concept designs
• Support the development of clickable prototypes demonstrating core user flows and “aha” moments
• Establish the UX design language and feature hierarchy
• Surface and design several feature mechanics

The primary obhecitve is to define and visualise the full Sure Jake product experience through high-quality UX concepts, key screens displaying core features and a clickable prototype.

These artefacts will be used to :

• Communicate the full platform vision
• Make the opportunity tangible for investors
• Translate complex functionality into intuitive, compelling experiences

Collaboration & Leadership

• Work closely with the Founder, Creative Director and Head of Strategy
• Act as the final UX authority for major product decisions

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years experience in UX, product design, or design leadership
• Proven experience designing consumer-facing platforms (social, marketplace, content, gaming, or media)
• Strong portfolio showing systems-level thinking, not just isolated screens
• Experience taking products from early concept to large-scale vision
• Deep understanding of mobile-first UX
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and shaping direction from first principles
• Ability to think commercially, not just creatively
